We are located on the shore of Lake of the Woods in Roosevelt, MN
Looking at completing the final campsites this summer for a total of 24 campsites.
We have 1700 feet of lakeshore to care for.
We have a good start on landscaping with flowers – shrubs – and trees with much more to add.
We have cleaning of buildings and small 10 x 18 sleeper cabins – always something that needs some TLC.
Multiple projects ~ some that will only take a few hours, some that will take a lot longer but boy once the project is done ~ what a great feeling ~ you will see!!!

“well I have to say this was very weird But awsome trip. from the trip being canceled because of rain to it being back on because it stayed cold and snowed Instead. to taking a couple of 7 year olds, a couple of Texan, one from Mississippi half the state population of South Dakota and one Wisconsin. there were snow ball fight, spontaneous wrestling, sledding, snow angels, face plants and some how hair braiding
, we did catch alot of fish also. smallest 6 3/8″ and largest 31″+ great trip thanks guy”

It was a tough go, one wrong click of a button by the carrier service and all our phone were down instantly!

Sleeper Cabin Cleaning Team member
We are looking to add a team member that will be responsible for cleaning our Sleeper Cabin’s.
Summer, we have around 9 of the 11 Sleeper cabins in use and during ice season we have all 11 in use.
Check out dates vary, meaning most days on average it will be 4 sleeper cabins to clean any given day.

This schedule will vary with days of the week and time of day.
Ideally we are looking for a team member that will work year-round for us, however, this can be seasonal.
As I shared above the schedule will vary day to day, very flexible schedule.
There will additional help needed such as being responsible for keeping our guest bathrooms clean and tidy each day.

We would like to extend our apologies for the “bathroom changes” we had made this past ice season. We changed to buckets only (no bags)! We were trying to make changes with the sanitation regulations and the July 1,2023 MN “Keep It Clean” laws / regulations
for
ice fishing 2023/2024 ice season.
We are happy to ANNOUNCE we will be make a change back to our original plan of keeping our bathrooms user friendly in the most appropriate, efficient, and comfortable way for our guests.
We will be changing to biodegradable/ compostable bags and will comply with the sanitation and MN laws, which we have more work to do to comply but WE WILL GET this done.
Again, please forgive us if we made anyone uncomfortable with our bathroom change this past ice season,
we will make this better for you, our Guests!

We have been blessed with guest coming to stay with us in our Sleepers on land in campsites this next couple of weeks.
With Dale assisting our guests will be going out with their portable fish houses, side by sides, wheelers, or sleds.
We will be taking care of them just as if they were out on the ice.
Ice conditions continue to hold, today’s temp as of this moment is 32 degrees.
We are happy to see cloud cover, sun still peeking through once in a while.
We do have all our houses off the ice – Day houses and Sleepers,
we choose to stay on the safe side with the predicted forecast and ended our winter ice season.
Our lake access will remain closed for the remainder of this ice season, we will have the access open -tracks only- next year!
We thank everyone who joined us this winter ice season as strange as it was, and we look forward to getting together again!
REMEMBER we are open all year round – Starting in May we will have our campsites up and running!!!
