Look and see what we have been up to!!!

Getting back into the swing of things!  My every morning walk to the lake with a full cup of coffee has resumed with a prayer of gratitude while I stand with toes at the edge of the water!

We have wrapped up our annual Dr.’s visit’s and all is well, thank goodness.

The, what seems like every day, rain has stopped for a couple days.  Moisture is a good thing, but every day is not fun to work in especially with the cold and wind.  Warmer but windy today!  Water levels coming up a bit which is good.

Dale, Tom S., and I have been making progress and here are a few pictures of what we have been up to over the last couple weeks.

OFFICE

We would like to thank our son Justin and his friend Dan Janssen for the work they did to refinish the floors in the office and the fish cleaning building.  Dan does this type of work for a living with his own business.  Dan also sealed up and did some finishing work on our office countertops.  Thank you so much guys.  Dan brought his young son with who helped out whenever Dad needed him!

Harbor Update -Grand Forks Bound yesterday 4.15.24

Huge shout out to

Dale S. & Swingen Construction Co. Grand Forks, N.D.

Visiting with so many as we were looking for the W-Beam guardrail for our Harbor Project.  Dale S. talked to the owner of Swingen who Dale S. works for and found us the guardrail we needed in the amount we needed.  So the two of us were N.D. bound to pick our 1st load of guardrail.  Tom is bringing the 2nd/final load of guardrail to us today!

These guardrails will be used for supporting the exterior ground around the harbor wall and protection with the steep interior area of the harbor.
