Update on Friday’s on-site meeting for our shoreline protection project!
Mike our Engineer, Dale, and I met with LOTW’s County, DNR, and Core of Engineer and Mike had all the shoreline marked to show the work we wanted to complete. We made good progress and came to an agreement- we have to change our location of the rip rap and the DNR and Core will view the changes. If they agree we will receive our permit! Mike will be submitting the updated changes to DNR Monday and we will know by Tuesday if we move into the 30-day processing of the application! We are confident we have made the changes needed to get our permit! We also discussed with DNR regarding wanting to build a harbor or marina- that is our next undertaking once we get this application approved!!! Hoping for good news by Tues and then see what happens in the next month!!! Thank you for all your prayers and support!!
