Walleye season has closed here on Lake of the Woods. The ice is deteriorating and there are places of open water here in the Gull Rock/ Twin Island area.
We received a copy of the notification from Hospitality Minnesota, which is the Lodging, restaurant, resort and campground association.
Resorts and campgrounds are unable to open for Recreational guests due to COVID-19. We are staying true to Governor Walz’s order-we want to do our part!! So hang tight everyone, we can get through this!
