Last week was spent up on Lake of the Woods and we enjoyed some great food and fellowship!
I was curious how much weight I had put on while up there since we ate quite a bit of not so healthy food and snacks. Plus there may have been a few beers involved. When I left I was at 235 and when I got home I was actually down to 231🤩🤗
And I didn’t get nearly enough steps in either.
Gotta love these supplements that work even when I’m not doing my best with food choices.
