Ice Conditions:

We are making ice-we had some open water areas yesterday and today appear to have a layer of ice. We have started to check ice each day 2-3 times a day and by Thursday we will venture further by foot and the chain saw. We will have another update.
We will post pictures tomorrow from our shoreline and you can also go to our previous post that will give you the information to go to the webcam footage of the Lake of the Woods!
You can also check out MODIS today online which will give you a look at the entire lake as the ice takes shape.
