Cancellations received up to 1 week prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit amount. No deposit will be refunded for cancellations received less than 1 week before the check-in date.

No modifications to reservations will be allowed less than 1 week prior to the check-in date. You will be responsible to pay for the number of guests and days scheduled according to your confirmed reservation.

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express only), check, and cash.

Please note: There is a 3.5% fee added to all credit card payments received by phone or in person at the resort office. This additional fee is not applied to online payments.

The accommodation rates shown at the time of booking will give you a general idea of the rental cost but are not binding for future year reservations. All rates are subject to change at any time without notification. We review our rates each fall and make adjustments as necessary.

We are a small, family-run business and we strive to provide a consistent, high-quality experience for all our guests. As supply and fuel prices fluctuate in the marketplace, it directly affects our expenses and ability to serve you.

Guests are responsible for their campsite's electricity usage. This cost will be charged in addition to the base camping rate listed. For full pricing details, please see our Rates page.

No. Our boat launch and dock are available for our guests only. Arnesen's allows visitors to use their boat access for a small fee.

Yes! You can review the location of all our summer camping sites on our campground map.

Your family and friends are welcome at Dale's! However, for the safety and security of all our guests, all visitors MUST sign in at the office prior to visiting the campground. Unregistered visitors will be asked to leave immediately.

Registered day visitors are FREE and can stay on site until 10pm.  Visitors staying overnight must sign in at the office by 8pm and will be charged $8 per person.

Recently, our previous URL - dalefishinglakeofthewoods.net - was officially retired and traffic is no longer rerouted from this URL. It served us well for many years, but it's time to move forward. If you still have a bookmark on your web browser pointing to this URL, it will not work correctly and you may experience an error.

If you are using Chrome as your browser, click on the three dots in the right-hand corner of the screen. Select "Bookmarks" and then navigate with your mouse to the correct bookmark to highlight it. In this day and age, there are so many ways to communicate with each other. Due to staffing constraints, however, we are not able to monitor and reply to all the available channels. Reservations may only be made online (via our website) or with a phone call.

Great question! On October 1, 2023, we changed our ice fishing pricing to be per-house, not per-person. All reservations booked prior to October 1, 2023, use the per-person rate system and occupancy rules remain in effect. Please see our post announcing the pricing change for more information.

Yes! We are pet-friendly. Of course, we follow some common-sense guidelines to help make all our guests comfortable on vacation.

1. Please let us know if your pet will be joining you. There is no extra fee, but we want to be prepared.
2. Cats are welcome if you are staying in your RV. No cats are allowed in our Sleeper Cabins.
3. Dogs must be kept on a leash, and you are responsible for picking up your dog's waste.
4. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet while staying here.
5. Please have no more than three dogs per campsite.
